Q:           Where is your manufacturing plant based?

A:            We outsource our products from various quality accredited vendors all over the world. Due to that reason you might notice that products might arrive in separate packages / shipments.

 

Q:           What happens if I'm not satisfied with the product?

A:            In case of customer dissatisfaction due to damage or product fault, all we require is for you to e-mail us on info@wearable-tattoo.com with a  picture and brief description of the problem. Thereafter you will be immediately  issued with  a replacement / exchange.

 

Q:           Where can I find your size charts?

A:            As different products are sourced from various vendors you will find a size chart in description of each one of them separately. Please note that some sizes might not be available for certain products and depending on the brand - they do vary.

 

Q:           How long does shipment take and what does it cost?

A:            Our shipping is FREE. As indicated in "Shipping Information" link on our website, shipping takes 2 - 5 weeks.  That includes custom order manufacturing time. Shipment depends on customers and vendors' locations.  On the positive side that allows us to offer our clients best quality products at most competitive prices.
